Turmeric
Turmeric is obtained from the root of a plant where the active constituent is known as curcumin. The vast majority of turmeric comes from India. It is also used in curries to add colour and flavour.
Our high potency tablets contain 500 mg of 20:1 extract of turmeric, standardised to give 95% curcumin and equivalent to 10,000mg of turmeric root. This is the amount suggested by preliminary research.
