How long does delivery take?

We aim to get your supplements to you as quickly as possible.

UK orders

  • Standard Delivery (FREE) arrives within 2–4 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48
  • Express Delivery (£2.99) arrives within 1–2 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 24
  • Orders over £90 are automatically upgraded to free Express Delivery

International orders

  • Standard International Shipping (£12.99) sent via Parcelforce and usually arrives within 21 days.

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the moment you place your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details for Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

When will my order be dispatched?

We work hard to dispatch orders promptly from our Staffordshire distribution hub.

During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer, but we always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International orders are sent via Parcelforce and typically arrive within 21 days, depending on your location and local customs processing.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?

Yes. You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

To do this, simply notify us within 28 working days of receiving your delivery. Once you’ve cancelled your order, the goods must be returned to us within 28 working days, unused and in a re-saleable condition.

For safety and hygiene reasons, supplements cannot be returned if the security seal has been broken.

Do I need to pay for return postage?

No. Returns made within the timeframe above can be sent back using our FREEPOST returns address, so you won’t need to pay for postage.

What should I include with my return?

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive your returned items, we aim to process your refund within 14 days.

Your refund will be issued to the same credit or debit card used to place the order. After processing, it may take up to five working days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.

What are Zip-Lock bags for?

Our Zip-Lock bags are designed to make supplements easy to store, refill and access.



They’re particularly useful if you:

  • Already have a jar you’d like to refill
  • Prefer packaging that fits easily through the letterbox
  • Find traditional supplement jars difficult to open


The resealable Zip-Lock design keeps your supplements secure while making daily use simple and convenient.

Are your Zip-Lock bags recyclable?

Yes. Our refill bags are made from mono-material plastic, meaning they are produced from a single type of material rather than mixed layers.

This allows them to be recycled through most UK kerbside recycling schemes or supermarket collection points, unlike many bags that combine plastic and aluminium layers.

Why doesn’t Zipvit use aluminium-lined bags?

Some supplement bags use layers of plastic and aluminium to protect the contents. While this can help with product preservation, it also makes the packaging difficult to recycle.

At Zipvit, we use aluminium-free mono-material Zip-Lock bags, which provide strong protection while remaining compatible with existing UK recycling systems.
