Price Pledge FAQs

How does the Price Pledge work?

If you find the same product available at a lower listed price from an eligible UK retailer, we will refund the difference plus a further 10%.

What counts as a matching product?

To qualify for the Price Pledge, the product must be like for like. This includes the same product type, strength and active ingredients.

Which retailers qualify?

The Price Pledge applies to eligible UK retailers that have been trading for at least 3 months, have the item in stock and available for same-day dispatch, and are offering the product at a standard listed retail price.

Does the Price Pledge apply to sale prices or discount codes?

No. The Price Pledge does not apply to temporary sale prices, clearance offers or discount code promotions. Where appropriate, we may consider the retailer’s standard listed price when reviewing a claim.

How will my claim be checked?

Our team will review the product details to confirm that it is a genuine like-for-like match and that it meets the Price Pledge criteria.

When does the Price Pledge apply?

The Price Pledge applies when the lower listed price is available from an eligible UK retailer and the product meets the required like-for-like criteria.
