Our vitamin B Complex contains all 8 of the essential water soluble B vitamins that need to be replaced every day through diet as they can not be stored in the body.

Each B Vitamin has a unique structure and performs unique functions in the human body. Vitamin B1, B2, B3 and biotin participate in different aspects of energy production, vitamin B6 is essential for amino acid metabolism, and vitamin B12 and folic acid facilitate steps required for cell division. Each of these vitamins has many additional functions.

B Complex contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism which can result in a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

B Complex also contributes to the normal metabolism of iron resulting in the maintenance of normal red blood cells and a normal functioning nervous system.
