As always my contacts with your staff , either on line or telephone , are nothing short of efficient & helpful . Re. the last order I was informed that one of the items was out of stock so we jointly decided to delay delivery until the order could be completed in full . Much to my amazement the missing items were in stock in short order & then delivered within a matter of days .
